• In-Memory Processing: Documents like Aadhaar or PAN cards are processed in-memory and destroyed instantly. We never save these to our database.
• Data Minimization: We only collect what is strictly necessary for your educational results.

4. Data Retention Policy

We retain your information only as long as necessary:

• Account Information: Your profile data (Name, Email) is retained until you request account deletion to maintain your access to our tools.
• Academic Inputs: As mentioned, these are purged every 24 hours.
• Backup Data: Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days before being permanently overwritten.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. fyndifits does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
